Innopath Education Company (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) respects personal data privacy. This statement explains how we collect, use, retain and protect personal data through this website and our proposal enquiry form.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry on behalf of a school, clubhouse, community organisation or another organisation, we may collect the organisation name, contact name, role, telephone number, email address, programme interests, participant information, preferred period, budget and enquiry details you provide. Website hosting, security and basic traffic functions may also process essential technical information such as IP address, browser information and access logs.

2. Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

• Purposes: to respond to your enquiry, understand organisational needs, prepare and follow up programme or activity suggestions, arrange related communications, and protect the security of the website and form.
• Required and optional information: fields marked ‘*’ are required to process an enquiry; other fields are voluntary. If required information is not supplied, we may be unable to respond or prepare a suitable suggestion.
• Possible recipients: authorised Innopath personnel and service providers that need to process the information for website hosting, email, information technology or administrative support; information may also be disclosed to authorised parties where required by law, regulation or law enforcement.
• Direct marketing: enquiry information will not be used for direct marketing unless we separately obtain your express consent in the future.

3. Use and retention

We use personal data only for the stated purpose of collection or a directly related purpose. Information relating to enquiries that do not proceed will be retained for no more than 24 months and will then be securely deleted or anonymised as appropriate. If an enquiry becomes a client project, related business and administrative records may be retained for longer where required for operational, accounting or legal purposes.

We take reasonably practicable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers with a genuine need to process the information.

5. Cookies, hosting and basic statistics

The website platform may use cookies or similar technologies required for operation, security, performance and basic traffic statistics. We do not currently send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry text submitted through the form to advertising platforms.
